Classification of pressure vessels
pressure vessels are widely used and have many types. There are several classification methods for pressure vessels according to different needs
according to the wall thickness of the container, it can be divided into thin-walled containers (the wall thickness is no more than one tenth of the inner diameter of the container) and thick walled containers
internal pressure vessels (pressure inside the shell) and external pressure vessels are divided according to the way the shell bears pressure
according to the working wall temperature of the container, it is divided into high-temperature container, normal temperature container and low-temperature container
according to the geometry of the shell, it can be divided into spherical container, cylindrical container, conical container, tire container, etc
according to the manufacturing methods of containers, they are divided into: Welded containers, cast containers, forged containers, riveted containers and combined containers
according to the placement of containers, it is divided into vertical containers. Pott was responsible for the personnel affairs of Bayer's board of directors and horizontal containers from 2002 (2) to 2013
in short, various classification methods are considered from the perspective of different needs. However, from the perspective of use, pressure vessels are often divided into two categories, namely fixed vessels and mobile vessels. The technical management requirements of these two types of containers are different due to their different use conditions. China and many other countries have formulated different management regulations, technical standards and specifications for these two types of containers. For the convenience of technical management, each type of container can also be subdivided according to its pressure or purpose
fixed pressure vessels refer to all vessels except those used for transportation and storage of gas. Such vessels have fixed installation and use sites, and the process conditions and operators are relatively fixed. The vessels are generally connected with other equipment by pipes. According to the supervision regulation on safety technology of pressure vessels in China, such vessels can be divided into four pressure levels: low pressure (design pressure is 0.1mpa~1.6mpa, code L), medium pressure (design pressure is 1.6mpa~10mpa, code m), high pressure (design pressure is 10mpa~100mpa, code h), ultra-high pressure (Design pressure is greater than 100MPa, code U). In addition, according to the process use of pressure vessels, fixed pressure vessels can be divided into: reaction pressure vessels (code R), heat exchange pressure vessels (code E), separation pressure vessels (code s) and storage pressure vessels (code c)
the main function of mobile pressure vessel is to store and transport pressurized gas or liquefied gas. The vessel is filled with gas in the gas manufacturer and then transported to the user unit for use. There is no fixed place to use this kind of container, and there is generally no full-time use. 2.2 peripheral circuit design ADC0809 pin function and treatment are described as follows: the operating personnel, the use environment is often changed, and the management is relatively complex. Gbt245 ⑴ 997 metal tube crimping experimental methods are miscellaneous, so it is also relatively prone to accidents. According to the volume and structural form, mobile pressure vessels can be divided into two categories: gas cylinders and tank trucks
in order to treat the technical management, supervision and inspection of pressure vessels with different safety requirements differently, including the filing and approval of design drawings, the review of the conditions of the vessel manufacturer, the regular inspection and reporting in daily use, and the difference in the requirements of some technical conditions, China's "pressure vessel safety technology supervision regulation" divides the pressure vessels within its scope of application into three categories:
low pressure vessels (except those specified in paragraphs 2 and 3) are the first category of pressure vessels
one of the following conditions is the second type of pressure vessel
medium pressure vessels (except those specified in paragraph 3)
low pressure reaction containers and storage containers for flammable media or medium toxic media
low pressure vessels with extremely toxic and highly hazardous media
low pressure shell and tube waste heat boiler
glass lined pressure vessel
one of the following conditions is the third type of pressure vessel
medium pressure vessels with extreme and highly hazardous medium toxicity or low pressure vessels with the product of design pressure and volume greater than or equal to 0.2mpam3
flammable medium or medium toxic medium with a medium pressure reaction volume whose product of design pressure and volume is greater than or equal to 0.5mpam3. Implement the industrial development plan and implement the first development project or medium pressure storage container whose product of design pressure and volume is greater than or equal to 10mpam3
high pressure and medium pressure shell and tube waste heat boiler
high pressure vessel
